Move Better, Recover Stronger, Live Fully

"I called soon after they opened (7 am) and got an appointment for the same morning . It was only a brief wait in the waiting room and I was called in to get x-rayed. Very shortly thereafter I got to speak to PA Kawash about my knee problem. He helped me understand the diagnosis and the plan for treatment. He and the assistant also helped me adjust my crutches and select the appropriate style of knee brace . I left the appointment feeling much better about my knee problem and the path forward. I really appreciate how quick and efficient the whole operation was and how helpful and friendly everyone was, including the front desk staff . I highly recommend this place and I look forward to continuing treatment there (physical therapy and follow up visits)."

"I’ve gone to Dr. Kleinbart for my knees. He seem like he was a pretty good doctor. I’m not gonna say great. My nieces have arthritis and he’s addressed them. He’s giving me shots which wear off. They don’t last. I wish that he would recommend something else. Also, I found out that I had a tumor and it’s benign, but it’s causing me a lot of pain and he told me he was not gonna remove it and I want it removed so I didn’t Care for him when he said he wouldn’t remove it. It also can become cancerous and if it does, then it could start spreading through my whole body and both sides of my family especially my mothers have cancer in it. I want it removed because of the pain, and since I saw him last, I’ve been having more and more and more pain. I can’t live with the pain anymore. Also I saw Dr. Bill’s once and only once he I feel did not adjust the situation. He was writing down on a pad, but I was saying but really didn’t do much about the situation that I was having I give him a thumbs down which is why I never come here anymore. I feel like the doctors aren’t doing much and not helping me as the patient as much as they should and they’re not doing anything about anything so I’m really not all that happy and I wish that I would still wanna go there, but I don’t only due to the fact that they don’t really Care much to the patients questions they will answer them, but I just don’t feel they care much for the patient’s needs as they should and now I’m having an issue with my wrists. I’m in a lot of pain and I wanna go here, but I’m having thoughts on whether I should or shouldn’t and I shouldn’t have to have those thoughts. I should know right away, but I don’t and I’m still thinking about it."

"Dr. John Roth and the Ortho-Mercer team took excellent care of me pre and post foot surgery. He not only did a great job with the surgery but he and the team were able to mentally prepare me for post surgery and recovery. The entire experience was very positive. I listened to his recovery plan and am continuing PT. I was so surprised to see how quickly I was able to get back to my feet in three short months. Everyday my foot feels better and better, pain free. Plus the custom orthotics he helped me with are fantastic and make a world of difference in terms of comfort. I would highly recommend Dr. John Roth and the entire team at Ortho-Mercer for your foot surgery!"

"The doctor was very rude condescending and patronising. He gave me the vibe that he may be a woman hater. I have never been made to feel so little by a medical professional. He didn’t allow me to get my words out before attacking my ever attempt. I walked out of the office shortly after he entered and I will be calling my insurance company to let them know he did not treat me at all so I don’t think it will be fair for him to bill as he told me he’d be doing regardless whether I stayed or walked out. Yes this experience was indeed the worst ever. He should have chosen a different career not one in which he must interact with human beings as he lacks compassion and respect. Zero stars from me but I had to pick one!"
